The Knouff Lake Resort is situated in the interior of British
Columbia, approximately 4 hours north-east of Vancouver, and approximately
30 minutes north-east of the city of Kamloops. With a population
of approximately 87,000 outgoing and friendly people, Kamloops is a major business and cultural
hub for business and commerce throughout the central interior of B.C.
Knouff Lake Resort is arguably one of Supernatual B.C.'s best-kept secrets. In addition to holding a
North American Fly Fishing Record of 17.5 lbs for a dry fly catch, the resort offers fun and excitement for the
entire family.
Established in 1904, this 4-season resort is one of the oldest fishing camps in British
Columbia. Purchased by Don and Gloria Lamberton in 1990, the Knouff Lake Resort has been continually
upgraded and expanded to include a wide range of services and experiences designed to make your stay
comfortable and enjoyable.
From rustic cabins, clean modern washrooms with showers, large campgrounds, year-round RV Sites,

Driving Directions:
From Kamloops take Yellowhead Hwy #5 - 12 km (8 miles) north to Heffley Creek. On
north side of Heffley Creek turn right and follow the signs leading to Sun Peaks Resort.
Go 8 km (5 miles) east on the Heffley-Louis Creek Road to the top of the hill, then turn
left onto Knouff Lake Road at the signs. Travel north 12 km (8 miles) where you will come to the
Knouff Lake townsite. Continue north along the west side of Knouff Lake. You will find the resort
on the north side of the lake.
